(“Solace”), a global leader in wireless power and data transfer technology, today announced that its wireless power technology powers a landmark partnership between pureLiFi, a global leader in LiFi technology, and Askey, a leading manufacturer of advanced network communications equipment, to introduce a fully integrated, all-in-one through-glass Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solution.
FWA is becoming one of the most important pathways for delivering high-speed broadband, but operators still struggle to bring strong outdoor 5G signals indoors without invasive installation or significant added cost. Low-E coated windows and other modern materials can significantly weaken signals, making reliable indoor connectivity difficult.
The pureLiFi-Askey all-in-one FWA bridge resolves this challenge by integrating three critical technologies into a single, self-installable platform. Askey’s high-performance 5G modem, combined with pureLiFi’s proprietary data link using light and Solace’s patented wireless power technology enables both power and data to be delivered through a window wirelessly.

This builds on a long-standing collaboration between Solace and pureLiFi to advance through-glass power and data technologies. The pureLiFi-Askey all-in-one FWA CPE, powered by Solace’s wireless power technology, will be available for demonstration and evaluation with telecommunications carriers globally within the first half of 2026.
