Mount Pearl, NL, November 20, 2025 – Solace Power (“Solace” or the “Company”) a global leader in wireless power and data transfer technology, is proud to announce a new USD $3.8 million contract with its long-standing customer, Boeing. This marks the seventh collaboration between the two companies and the largest aerospace contract in Solace’s history.
Under the new agreement, Solace will provide its patented aerospace and defense platform to enable advanced functionality through reliable, fully decoupled wireless power and data transfer.
“This contract represents another major milestone in our partnership with Boeing,” said Neil Chaulk, Chief Executive Officer of Solace Power. “We have been trusted strategic partners for years, and this latest project reflects Boeing’s continued confidence in our technology as well as the team. It demonstrates how deep-tech innovation from Newfoundland and Labrador can transform the global aerospace & defence industry.”
The new contract builds on Solace’s previously flight-qualified wireless power solutions, completed under its sixth engagement with Boeing. This phase will introduce several feature upgrades and include the integration and flight qualification for both wireless power and data, further strengthening Solace’s intellectual property portfolio and compliance credentials in the aerospace and defense sector.
“We have seen tremendous momentum in aerospace and defense over the past year,” said Colin Ryan, Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Solace Power. “We are pleased that our technology and products are helping partners like Boeing simplify complex architectures, reduce maintenance, and unlock new capabilities across their platforms.”
“Building on Boeing’s P-8 Industrial and Technological Benefits investment in Solace earlier this year, this new contract marks another chapter in Boeing’s collaboration with Solace Power – highlighting our shared commitment to advancing aerospace technology through trusted Canadian partnerships,” said Al Meinzinger, President of Boeing Canada. “Solace’s wireless power and data expertise plays a valuable role in enhancing performance and enabling new efficiencies across our rotorcraft systems.”
With this contract, Solace and Boeing continue to build on a proven partnership that advances aerospace & defence innovation and strengthens Canada’s position in the global technology ecosystem.
